Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll champion the customer experience, resolving challenges, driving improvements, and aligning services with client objectives. Your work will influence everything from service delivery and process optimisation to strategic input on tenders and partner engagement, helping us build a more connected, inclusive, and sustainable world. Facilitate monthly Business Reviews to analyse performance metrics and identify improvement areas. Coordinate Annual Business Meetings, including agenda preparation, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Develop and align improvement plans for any areas identified as unsatisfactory. Work closely with IT development teams to ensure customer-facing portals meet operational and usability standards. Lead internal discussions focused on process improvement and service delivery enhancements. Participate in billing-related calls to understand backend operations and post-order fulfilment processes. Provide strategic input during tender processes, particularly around fulfilment and technical support operations. Support project-related activities across assigned accounts, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Audit client accounts to ensure correct provisioning and access permissions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. 3+ years in customer-facing roles within Mobile Telecoms. Strong understanding of Sales, Order Fulfilment, Delivery, Support, and Billing functions. Previous experience in Partner Management or as a Team Lead. When choosing us .
