Gallagher Bassett is excited to announce the formation of a newly created team in the vibrant Canterbury-Bankstown area, and we’re looking for compassionate and driven Mobile Case Managers to join us. See Yourself in Our Team As a Mobile Case Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their recovery and return-to-work journey following a workplace injury. You’ll deliver a personalised, empathetic, and face-to-face service, helping individuals achieve a sustainable return to work and life. Your focus will be on positively influencing and encouraging all parties to actively participate in the return-to-work process and take ownership of their actions. How you'll make an impact What You’ll Do Facilitate face-to-face visits with injured workers, employers, and health professionals to support recovery and return-to-work plans. Educate and guide stakeholders on the return-to-work process, legislative requirements, and available support services. Attend medical reviews and collaborate with vocational providers to implement strategies for early intervention and successful outcomes. Develop and monitor Work Plans (Service Plans) to achieve sustainable return-to-work goals. Maintain accurate documentation to support evidence-based decisions and ensure compliance with claims management processes. About you What We’re Looking For Experience in Workers’ Compensation, Claims Management, Allied Health, or Job Placement (highly desirable). Knowledge of the Return to Work Act, relevant legislation, and work health benefits (desirable but not essential). Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting individuals through their recovery journey.
