Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Variable across the week.
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and driven Mobile Relief Chef to join our Catering team.
You’ll support our teams based on sites across the region and will need to have an autonomous approach to meet client needs with regards to food themes and events
You’ll have the use of a company vehicle or can claim mileage allowance.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • To create daily menus that wow our customers, keep up with current food trends and look after our customers wellbeing and nutrition
  • To promote the use of sustainability and be mindful of carbon footprint
  • Ensure the kitchen operates at our high company and legal standards
  • Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant
  • Food preparation, ordering, stock management
