Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work plan through personalised face-to-face assistance, promoting an injured worker’s recovery. This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Create and drive RTW plans while liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure Return to Work outcomes Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at initial stages of a claim to deliver face to face assistance to workers and employers Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand to coach and educate employers around the health benefits and impacts of returning to work ABOUT YOU Passionate and committed with excellent communication to provide high-quality service in a face to face setting Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Strong computer and records management skills Current driver’s license and a 5 star ANCAP rating vehicle WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
