Rayan Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to join our team in Leeds/Cross Green. This role offers £25,000 per year, working 42 hours per week, with weekend and evening work required.

Duties
- Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are met across various sites.
- Deliver training and inductions for new cleaning staff.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming when needed.
- Supervise cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Manage cleaning supply usage and ensure proper storage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
