Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

TLCC Services is seeking a motivated Operations Foreman to join our commercial cleaning team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing incoming jobs and ensuring they are efficiently scheduled in our ServiceM8 system. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the foreman being involved in cleaning tasks while supporting the team in achieving smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the scheduling and organisation of cleaning jobs using ServiceM8.
  • Support the allocation of tasks to team members and assist with job completion as needed.
  • Help maintain organisation to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet client standards.
  • Occasionally work on-site to assist in job completion while demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Communicate with team members to provide support and ensure a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in monitoring job progress and report any issues to management.
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside of regular hours, as required to meet client demands.
