POSITION TITLE: Mobile Clinic Administrator
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part time (0.6FTE)
LOCATION: Carlton

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are offering a part-time role (0.6) FTE until 31 January 2026 working predominantly from our Carlton office.

As a Mobile Clinic Administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to clients and the Women’s Health Mobile Clinic clinical and project staff and you will:

  • Respond to client calls, voice messages and call back forms.
  • Schedule appointments and send appointment SMSs and reminders.
  • Check that client information and data collection forms are completed.
  • Scan results into practice management software, mail hard copies to clients.
  • Coordinate supplies and consumables and arrange courier/delivery for these and clinic equipment.
