Covering Central & Greater London (within the M25)
£50,000 – £55,000 per year + excellent benefits + overtime

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):

• Commercial gas certifications

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRABLE – ATTRACT ENHANCED SALARY):

• Oil
• Electrical
• Plumbing

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Sound knowledge of commercial/domestic appliances and maintenance
• Strong technical and fault-finding capabilities
• Familiar with heating systems, BMS, controls, pumps, DMZ valves, plate exchangers
• Ability to diagnose and resolve heating, hot water, and cold-water issues
• Professional, flexible, and confident communicator

• Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Mobile – Central & Greater London (within the M25)
• Call-Out Rota: 1 in 7 weeks
• Reporting To: Bishops Stortford Head Office
