Commercial Gas Engineer – Up to £55k
We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Gas Safe Registered Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is not a temp-to-perm role — we are seeking a reliable, long-term addition to our workforce who will grow with the business and help support our expanding portfolio of contracts.
The role is based primarily in Hackney, especially during the winter period, but will also involve travel to sites across London, Essex, Cambridge, and Reading. As we take on new contracts, the geographic coverage may expand, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
The successful candidate must be commercially Gas Safe registered and have demonstrable experience working on commercial heating systems. Day-to-day duties will involve planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnosis across a range of commercial environments. You should be confident working independently, with strong technical skills and a solid understanding of gas safety compliance.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Commercial Gas Installation:
Pipe sizing and design (based on flow rates and demand)
Installation of commercial boilers, heaters, and radiant tubes
Fitting and testing of commercial gas pipework (steel, copper, MDPE)
Understanding of ventilation and flueing requirements
