Description

We’re hiring a Mobile Concierge Associate—a dependable team player who puts clients first, communicates clearly, takes initiative, and ensures nothing gets missed—even under pressure.
This is not a desk job. As part of our mobile operations team, you’ll be out in the field—responding to client requests, checking on properties, assisting with urgent issues, and supporting our shift leads to keep everything running smoothly. If you like variety, take ownership, and care about doing things the right way, this role is a great fit.
We’ll train you on the technical details. What we can’t train is professionalism, presence, and reliability. If you show up polished, communicate with confidence, and thrive in high-responsibility situations, you’ll succeed here.
We care less about industry background and more about sound judgment, strong communication, and a client-first mindset.

ABOUT PROVIDENT

Provident supports some of Vancouver and Whistler’s most high-profile families and private estates through trusted, on-the-ground property and response services. When something needs to be handled—professionally, discreetly, and without delay—our mobile concierge team is who clients call.
Our clients trust us with access to their homes and expect a team that shows up quickly, communicates clearly, and follows through with precision. Whether it’s a scheduled property check, a last-minute request, or an urgent on-site issue, we respond with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Since 1996, we’ve built our reputation by delivering where others can’t. We don’t just complete tasks—we anticipate needs, make the right call under pressure, and always put the client experience first.
We’re looking for people who get that. People who are polished, proactive, and proud of doing things the right way—even when no one’s watching.
