Ensure that health and safety standards are understood and delivered by all staff.
Coach the employees at each of our sites to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery of the day-to-day service and in particular, play an active part in the assessment of the sites to maintain a safe operating environment for all staff
Assisting & supporting the Area Manager to ensure all schools within your portfolio are on budget
Promoting and maintaining Dolce standards within each site and ensure that each site complies with all relevant legislation and regulations
Ensure that all required training is up to date
Support the cooks at each site to maintain all relevant records which are required for the running of the kitchen, e.g ordering and stock taking, food temperature taking and recording, checking accuracy of time-sheets and cleaning schedules and to identify and deliver training in any of these required areas
