Dovetail Group’s dedicated cleaning division work across all sectors in the commercial cleaning industry. We are recruiting for Cover Cleaning Operatives to join our Cleaning and Facilities Department.
This will involve a mixture of working at offices and Communal areas on behalf of the UK’s leading property management companies and working at offices and customer service facilities across The Midlands Canal Network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full clean driving licence is required.
  • Fully equipped cleaning vans, to commute across The North Area.
  • Working in a team of cleaners, or a lone worker.
  • Hours can be any day across Monday - Sunday, working a shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm, with full flexiblity on timings.
  • Pay is £12.21 per hour.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: From £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Undertake all aspects of general daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and toilet/washroom facilities.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials as required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Providing the highest level of service in line with the clients’ specifications.
  • Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines and equipment is left clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to your Line Manager.
  • Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
  • Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager.
    Basic cleaning skills needed - but full training will be provided.
