OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our mobile team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work mostly independently as well as occasionally as part of a team.
• Good communications skills are essential, working with our operations team and meeting with clients on site.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to learn how to use our scheduling app, logging on and off jobs, taking photos, obtaining client sign off is essential for this role.
  A minimum of 25 hours per week across contract clean sites with regular set round. £20 per week conditional bonus scheme for good performance and attendance.
  Additional hours may be available to assist with property void cleans, builders clean and specialist works.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From £12.88 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

DUTIES

• Working across our mobile contract sites, driving a van to carry out cleaning duties to a wide variety of clients including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ability to work with a range of clients from high spec offices to retail and industrial spaces - always delivering a great clean.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while adhering to recycling protocols.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
