We are currently seeking a mobile Cover Representative to play a crucial role in providing professional and flexible reception cover when our permanent representatives are absent. The emphasis of this role is on bringing a positive attitude and a can-do spirit to create a seamless, welcoming environment for clients and tenants. Your ability to prepare, adapt, think quickly whilst remaining calm, often in new locations, is essential to excel in this role.
This role would suit anyone looking for a flexible work schedule to fit around other projects or commitments.
Hours and Salary
Salary: £12.00 per hour (casual worker contract)
Hours: Vary by site but generally between 8.00am – 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

Acting as the welcoming face of the building, you will greet and manage visitors in a friendly and professional manner, representing key stakeholders with a knowledgeable and positive approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficiently managing couriers, post, as well as conducting general administration tasks.
Whilst covering at the building your attention to detail will guarantee that the reception area is always impeccably presented. You will cultivate strong relationships with those who work in the building, including the building management team, and contractors to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating closely with property and facilities managers, you will be responsible for ensuring contractors fulfil their duties effectively and report back to key stakeholders.
Where you are based will change on a daily basis, so you must be prepared to travel to sites in the following locations Leeds and Harrogate. Access to a car / public transport is essential.
