JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes and lifting equipment to facilitate the movement of materials and equipment on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, mechanical knowledge, and effective communication skills to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

SKILLS

• Proficient in crane operation with a solid understanding of rigging techniques.
• Experience in construction environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and clients.

• Operate cranes and boom trucks safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required.
• Perform rigging tasks, ensuring that all loads are secured properly before lifting.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and lifting equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with ground crew members to coordinate lifts and communicate effectively during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including load weights and equipment usage.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns on-site.
