Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation is required. *** ***Please make sure to submit a current resume, cover letter (optional) and three (3) professional references, which is required.*** Available Shifts: We are currently offering a variety of full-time 4-day 10-hour shift work week scheduling options, including: Sunday through Wednesday (Available shifts with start times from 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, to 8pm) Wednesday through Saturday (Available shifts with start times from 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, to 8pm) *** Your shift preferences will be discussed during your initial recruitment call. Pay Rate: CPS ($19.00 an hour for the first year, $20.00 an hour after one year of service) RBT or Field care consultants ($18.00 an hour for the first year, $19.00 an hour after one year of service) Mission/Role: Serves as second responder providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MCRS is provided in community settings including, but not limited to: homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. Requirements Qualifications Education: Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred. High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be computer literate and proficient. Working Conditions: This job requires employees to respond to mobile dispatches throughout the shift, via their own personal vehicle. The position requires frequent in person interaction. The ability to stand, walk, drive, speak and move freely (including navigating stairs) are required. You must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive. At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers – including virtual meeting software and various communications applications and smart phones. Bending, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 25 lbs. may be occasionally required.
