Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,350 per week + Tips (Average $150+ per week). Potential total earnings of $1,500+ per week.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, eco-friendly steam cleaning methods, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Detail Manager to lead our mobile operations and ensure the highest standards of service.
As a Mobile Detail Manager, you will be the driving force behind our mobile unit’s success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mobile detailing service, from managing the schedule and inventory to performing and supervising high-quality details and ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience ( 6 Months ) in professional automotive detailing, with a strong understanding of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.

( If no experience be confident in wanting to learn so we can train you )

  • Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate and maneuver a mobile detailing van safely.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule, including approximately 60 hours per week.
  • Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks and work outdoors in various conditions.
  • Be Able to Train other Team Members

Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile detailing van, including scheduling, route planning, and job execution to maximize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and potentially lead a small team of detailers (if applicable), providing training, guidance, and quality control checks. Lead by example by performing detailing tasks as needed.
  • High-Quality Detailing: Perform and ensure all detailing services (interior and exterior) meet Clean Steam’s high standards, utilizing our steam cleaning and detailing equipment effectively.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the field. Ensure a professional, friendly, and exceptional customer experience from arrival to job completion. Address and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
  • Vehicle & Equipment Management: Maintain the mobile detailing van, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. Conduct regular checks and arrange for maintenance as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and track all detailing products, supplies, and equipment. Place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections on all detailed vehicles to guarantee they meet company standards before client handover.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to educate clients on additional services and upsell packages when appropriate.
  • Payment & Administration: Process client payments accurately and manage basic job-related paperwork and reporting.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
