We’re looking for a mid-level Mobile Developer to join our growing team and help us build powerful, user-friendly applications for both Android and iOS platforms that directly impact patients, providers, and partners.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mobile Developer with experience building and maintaining mobile apps for both iOS and Android using modern development frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and UI/UX standards. You’ll be working closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile development
• Proficient in Swift (iOS) / SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose or Java (Android)
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is a plus
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern authentication methods
• Experience with version control systems (e.g.Git,branching, PRs, CI/CD triggers)
• Basic Unity knowledge is a plus for hybrid or immersive projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or health tech
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure data handling practices
• Familiarity with Unity, MS SQL, or AWS services preferred
• Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with prompt engineering on Claude or Codex

• Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Work with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases
