About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy individual to join our Kelowna team for a minimum of 15 hours/week. This is an entry-level position with huge growth potential — perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to expand their skills. Potential for additional hours in our Penticton or Vernon locations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Repair cell phones, tablets, and computers in a timely manner
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working alone or in a team

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 2+ years in customer service (required)
• 2+ years in sales (required)
• Experience in computer or wireless device repair (preferred)

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to sales and customer service
• Ability to diagnose issues, assess risks, and offer clear solutions
• Punctual, reliable, and goal-oriented

Assets:

• Certifications in computer/electronics repair or wireless sales
• Sales and customer service training

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence
• Desire to grow within the company
