Diesel dealership experience is a plus, but we’re looking for anyone with passion and expertise to help our customers keep their fleets running smoothly. Position Overview: Use advanced diagnostic tools to address electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues Performing scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) and minor repairs as identified during inspections Completing DVIR write-ups (vehicle inspections) and addressing emergency breakdowns on-site Making repairs to medium and heavy-duty trucks efficiently while maintaining high standards Collaborating with the service desk to discuss vehicle issues and repair needs Conducting routine maintenance, including oil changes, battery replacements, and lubrication Test-driving vehicles to diagnose issues and ensure proper functionality Staying current on warranty policies, vendor guidelines, and ensuring accurate completion of work orders Requirements At least 1 year of experience with mobile diesel mechanics and diagnostics, preferably with medium and/or heavy-duty trucks Must have your own tools A valid driver’s license Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles A working knowledge of computers and maintenance applications Ability to work independently and efficiently, with excellent attention to detail Ability to occasionally work Saturday hours as needed A valid driver's license is required for this position
Responsibilities
