Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced electrical systems for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and the ability to solve complex problems with creativity and precision. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for mobile applications in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Create detailed schematics and layouts using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues in electrical systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
  • Perform signal processing, debugging, and testing on electronic devices such as FPGA, SoC, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Implement firmware solutions using programming languages including Python, C++, and MATLAB.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly and surface mount technology.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all electrical designs by applying knowledge of NEC standards.
  • Utilize tools such as vision inspection systems, ohmmeters, and soldering equipment for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Mechanical Engineering knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong foundation in system design with experience in FPGA, SystemVerilog, and ARM architecture.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies to effectively manage timelines.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation).
  • Experience with signal processing techniques and debugging complex systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Perl) for automation is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering techniques and surface mount technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform thorough root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in quantum engineering or related advanced technologies.
  • Prior experience working on mobile electrical systems in a production or R&D environment.
