SUMMARY Our Manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. It’s important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work. Staring Pay: $18.75/hour Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour Shift Premium:$1.00/hour 3rd Shift: Sunday 9pm-6:15am Monday-Friday 10pm-6:15am Primary Job Responsibilities Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed Unload trucks and put inventory away Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high Load trucks with empty dunnage Expectations Make SAFETY Personal Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day. Must be available for overtime and weekend work. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.) Must have good hand and eye coordination Ability to multitask and work quickly Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others Maintain constructive relationships Take initiative to make things better Lead by example Be on time Qualifications and Experience Sit down forklift experience is mandatory 1+ years Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check Forklift experience preferred Traits/Values Hope: The quality of possessing and adhering to positive, optimistic expectation of future events.
