SUMMARY Our Manufacturing company is seeking Forklift drivers to join our team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. Primary Job Responsibilities Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed Unload trucks and put inventory away Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high Load trucks with empty dunnage Expectations SAFETY Must be able to stand for 8 or more hours a day Must be available for overtime and weekend work Must have good communication skills Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others Maintain constructive relationships Take initiative to make things better Lead by example Be on time Qualifications and Experience Sit down forklift experience is mandatory Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check Traits/Values Hope: The quality of possessing and adhering to positive, optimistic expectation of future events Trust: Confidence in one another Compassion: The quality of an understanding of another's challenges. Responsibilities

Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move products, load trucks, and manage inventory within the warehouse. Ensure all tasks are performed safely while maintaining accurate inventory placement and dunnage management.
