ABOUT THE COMPANY

Interaction Technical is working with a well-established, family-run business that specializes in agricultural and plant machinery. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their service and repair team and are seeking a skilled engineer located within driving distance of Bletchingdon.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Plant, Automotive, HGV, or Agricultural sectors (essential)
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)
• Engine experience is a plus
• Skilled in fault finding, servicing, and repairs
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering) are advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required

• Travel to client sites to service and repair agricultural and plant machinery
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and offer expert advice
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Provide training and support to client staff on equipment use and upkeep
• Maintain accurate records of all service work and parts used
• Collaborate with the internal engineering team to share feedback and improve product performance
