Job Title: Gardener
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Gardener to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gardening and possess expertise in using both power and hand tools. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients gardens through proper care and maintenance.
The individual can be just starting out on their gardening journey or an already seasoned gardener, but must hold a valid driving license for UK roads.
Responsibilities:
- Pruning trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growth
- Using power tools to mow lawns and trim hedges
- Operating irrigation systems to maintain proper watering schedules
- Conducting regular inspections to identify plant diseases or pests
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding and mulching
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in garden maintenance
- Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of plant care, growing techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture
- Driving license
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with irrigation systems
