Job Introduction
As Mobile General Assistant for Sodexo at Maidstone, Medway, Tonbridge and surrounding areas you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. As well as this, you work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off… including Christmas!

• £13.00 per hour (Mileage expenses: first 10.000 miles per miles 0.45pence miles, after it will be 0.25pence per mile)
• 20 hours per week
• Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 10am -2pm
• Term Time only (39 week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks)**
• This position requires a Manual Driving Licence

What you do:

• Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
• Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic always.
• Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
• Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
• Always uphold the reputation of the company.

What you bring:

• Show impeccable punctuality and dependability.
• Experience in a similar environment (helpful but not a deal breaker).
• Full UK Driving Licence required for this position and own vehicle required for this role as travel to a different site each day may be required.
