About the Role The Mobile Health RN Manager leads the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of our Mobile Health Program. This role supports patient care delivery, supervises Mobile Medical Assistants, and ensures the mobile unit is fully prepared, compliant, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Conduct patient assessments, triage, and support care delivery * Supervise, train, and support Mobile Medical Assistants * Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow * Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and safety standards * Maintain mobile unit readiness (supplies, equipment, cleanliness) * Coordinate care, patient outreach, and community resources * Support quality improvement and accurate EMR documentation Qualifications * Active RN license (WI) * 2+ years of clinical experience preferred * Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred * Experience working with diverse or underserved populations a plus * BLS certification required * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally What We Offer * Mission-driven, team-oriented culture * Competitive pay + full benefits package * 20 days PTO (starting day one!) + 8 paid holidays * Medical, dental, vision & pet insurance * 401(k) with up to 5% employer match * Company-paid life & disability coverage  Noble Community Clinics is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.
