Mobile Hot Tub Technician
Are you passionate about hot tubs and ensuring that people have the best possible experience? We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mobile Hot Tub Technician to join our family. As a key member of our growing business, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting a variety of hot tub/swim spa models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on hot tubs, including water chemistry balancing, filter cleaning, and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair hot tub mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper hot tub care.
- Maintain accurate service records, pictures and reports for each appointment.
- Travel to client locations within designated service areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hot tub repair, pool maintenance a plus, but not required. In house training will be provided.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work. A company vehicle will be provided for mobile services. A drivers abstract is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must be a team player with great communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
