You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk—this is essential for success in the role. In addition, you will bring: Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, including familiarity with complex structures such as multi-party deals and trusts. NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Residential Property Lending (achieved or in progress). Strong existing networks and a proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities. Deep knowledge of the local market and the home buying process. Flexibility to work around customers’ schedules, meeting them where and when it suits them. The ability to deliver a world-class customer experience through empathy, trust, and expertise. Confidence as a presenter, comfortable speaking in seminar environments to a wide range of audiences.
