Minimum of 3 year’s home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes: Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, as well as a familiarity with complex deals involving multiple parties and trusts. Have, or be working towards NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) Residential Property Lending. Strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
