Description:

ParetoFM is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out predominately basic maintenance tasks around the building, general fabric works in relation to maintenance and public viewing areas, construction and installation work in all areas of the clients site and take overall responsibility for their quality and safety.

  • To receive oral or written instruction for each task and to investigate the site where the task is to be carried out.
  • To ascertain the materials required and to request these from the relevant appointed Site lead.
  • To discuss and make arrangements with the relevant appointed staff for carrying out the task.
  • To ascertain the exact specifications for the task, possibly by discussion with the Site lead from working drawings or plans.
  • To refer any arising issues to the Site supervisor and to report on completion or each task.
  • To undertake urgent fabric maintenance and repair tasks as they arise.
  • To use all equipment and materials in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines

The job holder must have obtained a City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 electrical or equivalent. Level 2 Mechanical qualification in plumbing and heating, general knowledge of building service
Desirable
PASMA and IPAF training would be desirable, but training can be given.
