Mobile Maintenance Supervisor Musselwhite Mine Orla Mining is striving to be the emerging gold producer of choice with a geographically diversified asset base, a prospective development and exploration portfolio, an experienced management team with a successful track record, and a high-quality board and shareholder base. Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part of our larger South Carlin Complex, which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed Orla to more than double our gold production and provide strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. The Musselwhite Mine is highly prospective with potential to expand resources and mine life for years to come. Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Musselwhite Mobile Maintenance Superintendent. Responsibilities include: Manage the implementation of standards, targets, policies and plans to ensure continuing and increasing operational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor routine maintenance of stationary equipment. Provide direction and support to all staff members and contracted service personnel through morning line-up meetings, daily visitation to work in progress, and regular feedback regarding work performance. Collaborate with the Mobile Maintenance Planners & Schedulers to ensure consensus on resources required to execute planned work for both surface and underground. Ensure employees are following all Company policies/procedures and safety regulations. Ensure personnel development through varied job assignments, training, and employee involvement. Safety: conduct weekly toolbox meetings; perform shop inspections at the beginning of each shift. Provide timely, accurate and well-communicated shift reports and summaries for cross-shift and turnaround needs. Education and Experience: College Diploma and/or Trades Certification with 6 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance related field. Three (3) to 6 years supervisory experience. Excellent oral and written communications skills with internal and external contacts. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and manufacturing systems. Strong background in CMMS. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work within a team environment with demonstrated leadership qualities. Self-directed and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to do more than is expected or required in the position. Strong commitment to safety. Ontario Underground Common Core Working Conditions: The Musselwhite gold mine in northwestern Ontario is a fly-in, fly out operations and the schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day. Compensation: The salary range for this position is CAD $145,000 - $162,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual short term incentive program. The target annual bonus for this position is 15% of base salary, subject to individual and company performance. The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.
