Description CAM Partners LLC is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to complete general maintenance at commercial sites across NH and Maine for a fast-growing facility maintenance company. This is a hands-on role involving carpentry, flooring, doors, locks, door closures, painting, equipment maintenance, and other general mechanical work. Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience What You’ll Do: Travel daily to multiple client sites, completing assigned work orders on facility finishes, furnishings, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner Track and reconcile all work orders and parts used via a Work Order Management System Provide technical support in field service situations, ensuring high levels of customer service Collaborate with team members to analyze problems and implement effective solutions Comply with all CAM Partners and OSHA safety policies and regulations Maintain a professional, safe and clean work environment Maintain company vehicle, inventory and tools, and coordinate restocking of vehicle Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including assisting other tradesmen and completing emergency repairs Why Work for Us: Competitive base pay based on experience Company vehicle, gas card and corporate credit card provided for company use Health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) benefits 401(k) 4% Employer Match on Day 1! Military experience related to maintenance or technical fields is highly regarded. Demonstrated analysis skills for problem-solving in complex situations.
