Job Description Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland. Job Description: Responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Inspections on hot and cold water systems Heating systems Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU) Ventilation and mechanical plant. Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and mechanical systems Carry out minor installations, shutdowns, and quoted works. Ensure we maintain effective communication with the clients site engineering team. Produce weekly reports for the FM supervisor detailing site activities and plans. Maintain Mechanical plant services to industry standards. Schedule subcontractor visits and ensure adherence to client security protocols. Ensure statutory engineering maintenance documentation is maintained and accessible. Oversee completion of PPMs and Client Service Requests in line with SLA’s. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and review site SOPs, ERA’s, and scenario training. Adhere to King & Moffatt QHSE procedures and implement improvements identified during inspections. Be part of call out rota Directly accountable to the King & Moffatt FM Supervisor/Manager/Co Ordinator.
