Responsibilities Travel to assigned locations to meet with members and provide service assistance. Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on products or services. Document member interactions and feedback accurately using mobile technology. Identify opportunities to educate members about additional services or benefits. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. Work collaboratively with team members and management to improve service processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Comfortable using mobile devices and technology for documentation and communication. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
