ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Possess relevant trade/technical qualification in line with the position
• Possess an all-round knowledge of building services as outlined above i.e. HVAC, Electrical & Building Fabric - “Services of a Building(s)”
• Driving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points)
  Salary/Package: £40k/ Van & fuel card is also included, holidays and pension & more.
  The role is to carry out Mechanical maintenance work and other aspects of maintenance where required (if candidates are Multi Skilled with an Electrical Bias then this would be great)
