ABOUT YOU

  • Full UK manual driving licence with confidence driving day and night
  • Physically fit and able to carry out patrols and respond quickly to incidents in all weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, colleagues, and the public
  • Valid frontline SIA licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in keyholding and alarm response (2+ years preferred)

WORKING PATTERN & BENEFITS

  • 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
  • Night shifts: 12 hours (19:00 – 07:00)
  • Company vehicle and fuel card provided for duty use
  • Uniform, tools, and equipment supplied
  • Full induction and ongoing training
  • Contracted PAYE role with pension, holiday pay, and sick pay

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for proactive, reliable, and practical Mobile Response Officers to join our dedicated team. This is a dynamic, varied role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll respond to alarms and emergency call-outs, carry out patrols, complete lock/unlock procedures, and ensure our clients’ premises remain safe and secure throughout the night.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond swiftly to alarm activations and emergency incidents, attending sites promptly and taking appropriate action
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter crime, identify potential risks, and deal with incidents professionally
  • Perform lock and unlock services across multiple locations, adapting to different client requirements
  • Accurately complete incident reports and keep control teams updated at all times
