· Clean, Valid Full UK driving license
· Excellent customer service skills
· Exceptional time management skills, highly organised and the ability to set and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· A flexible, positive, and helpful attitude.
· Appropriate valid front-line SIA Licence, SG or DS.

Responsibilities

DUTIES

The Mobile Patrol Officer will be required to patrol one location twice daily 7 days a week one visit am the other pm, support and assist the Operations Team in delivering a first-class service to our clients. The successful applicant will be required to communicate clearly and demonstrate quick problem-solving skills when dealing with emergencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Carry out bi daily regular security site patrols
· Issue 15-day notice on any unauthorised vehicles.
· Respond to emergency calls and assist staff/clients on any suspicious activity.
· Work to approved practices regarding Health & Safety and Quality Management.
· Ensure completion of incident reports in the event of an incident, focusing on quality and timely reporting.
