The mobile patrol officer is responsible for controlling access, investigating incidents, completing documentation, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with security procedures. This mobile patrol officer position focuses on proactive monitoring, swift response, and consistent adherence to safety standards. Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. The role involves monitoring and controlling access to buildings, patrolling the site to identify risks, and responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies when required. Responsibilities include managing visitor and contractor access, operating CCTV, radios, and alarm systems, and completing accurate incident reporting and documentation. The role also supports investigations through evidence handling, enforces site policies and SOPs, and ensures professional, confidential customer service while working collaboratively with colleagues. Key competencies include strong communication, the ability to remain calm under pressure, attention to detail, independent working, effective problem‑solving, and maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
