Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Mobile Patrol Officer to carry out scheduled and random patrols across multiple client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding properties, responding to incidents, and ensuring security procedures are followed. This role involves independent working, driving between sites, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc mobile patrols of client premises using a company vehicle.
• Check for signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious activity.
• Locking/unlocking premises as required.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and emergencies.
• Carry out external and internal inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Complete accurate written reports and log all patrols and incidents.
• Act as a visible deterrent to crime and anti-social behaviour.
• Provide a professional and helpful service to clients, visitors, and the general public.
• Liaise with emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure the patrol vehicle is well maintained, safe, and clean.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid SIA Licence (required).
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (essential).
• Previous experience in a mobile patrol or security role preferred, but not essential (training can be provided).
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond quickly to incidents.
• Physically fit to carry out patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behaviour.
