As a Mobile Phone Quality Tester who is passionate about all things Tech, you’ll be diving into the world of smartphones and ensure every device meets our high standards. From screen clarity to performance speed, your keen eye will help us deliver top-notch phones to our customers.
Previous experience in mobile testing isn’t required - we’ll provide you with all the training you need! • Grading devices including cosmetic functionality and battery health
• Process testing devices using the information gathered from testing
• Identify mobile devices (phones, tablets, wearables)
• Troubleshoot issues
• Process trade-ins
• Run devices through our specialised diagnostics software to provide accurate results
