We are looking for a Phone Repair Technician to work between both our Huntlee and Raymond Terrace stores as a full time position who must have access to reliable travel. The casual position would suit a local student ideally for evening and weekend work - they won’t need to commute between stores.

As a Phone Repair Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, repair and test phones, tablets and other devices
- Provide estimates and quotes for repairs and services
- Explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Promote and sell our products, services, and accessories
- Process payments and transactions
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies and equipment
- Monitor store performance and compliance with company guidelines

Repair experience is a plus but is not required. All of our staff go through a thorough repair training process. We can teach repairs! But not personality.
