What You’ll Do

  • Carry out high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and computers (iPhones, Samsungs, iPads, MacBooks, PCs)
  • Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs to professional standards
  • Welcome and assist customers, handling repair enquiries and product advice
  • Upsell accessories, services, and protection plans to enhance customer experience
  • Manage cases from intake to completion, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Support with stock management, store organisation, and presentation
  • Work with your team to meet and exceed technical and sales performance targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in mobile/computer repairs (smartphones & computers preferred)
  • Retail or sales background, ideally in tech/mobile environments
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive, confident, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
  • A passion for technology and creating value for customers
