POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Mobile Phone Repair & Sales Technician. In this role, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service, perform diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, and support customers in purchasing certified pre-owned devices and accessories.

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Perform hardware replacements (screens, batteries, cameras, etc.) and software troubleshooting
• Provide knowledgeable advice and support to customers about repair options and product sales
• Meet sales targets by offering certified pre-owned devices, phone plans, protection plans, and accessories
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and sales
