We’re seeking a versatile Mobile Technician to join our team at The Mobile Guru Pty. This all-rounder position combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, supporting our mobile device operations from order fulfillment to customer support.
Key Responsibilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently
• Comfortable using online resources, tutorials, and AI tools for troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with mobile device repair or technical support
• Ability to swap or replace mobile device components (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with mobile device disassembly and reassembly
• Familiarity with repair tools and techniques for smartphones and tablets
• Familiarity with e-commerce order processing systems
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to research and solve problems
