Job description;

  • Mobile maintenance & welding on plant & equipment - Predominantly Craneable lifting devices
  • Servicing carrying out routine works & inspections
  • Repairs including welding, grinding, cutting.
  • Experience with welding, hand tools and oxy/acetylene essential.
  • Ability to diagnose & repair autonomously
  • Experience with hydraulics fault diagnosis and repairs beneficial but not required
  • Ability to drive manual essential
  • The ability to work autonomously with a problem solving attitude is absolutely essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Exhibit top-notch welding skills at customer sites, specializing in repairs, installations, and modifications within the waste and construction industry. (No dirty food waste style bins)
  • Demonstrate a proactive and positive “can do” attitude in troubleshooting and efficiently resolving damaged components, collaborating closely with clients to meet their unique requirements.
  • Safely operate welding equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines, and maintain accurate project records.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Reliability & integrity are essential.
  • Relevant training and certifications in SMAW, FCAW & GMAW for structural steel welding VOC if required for the right person.
  • Experience in mobile welding is favorable.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, showcasing a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality welding solutions.
