Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Plant Operator/ FLT Operator to join our successful client based in the in Hartlepool, TS25 area. Our client is Waste Management specialist.

MULTI SKILLED OPERATIVE - PERSON SPECIFICATION

• FLT licence is essential (valid certifications required)
• Shovel, Grab or Skid Steer experience would be beneficial
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage.
  Pay rate: £14.30per hour | overtime at 150% for any hours worked over 46
  Schedule: 4 on 4 off day 7am-7pm & night 7pm-7am at £14.30/hr O/T after 46hrs

As a Mobile Plant Operator/ FLT Operator you will be responsible for operating a Forklift Truck

The main focus of an operator is to be responsible for safely and efficiently operating and monitoring machinery during process operations, along with ensuring finished goods are taken off and stored safely and securely in the warehouse.

• Place materials in correct location and take material samples when required
• Carry out operator duties regarding machine running for optimum performance and availability.
• Collect waste material from the process lines and load them into skips or vehicles
