MOBILE PLANT TEAM LEADER (OPERATIONS)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Operations team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working at our Thornton facility.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Mobile Plant Team Leader (Operations) will be responsible for the management and safe operation of the waste facility with particular focus on mobile plant duties, operational leadership and people first line management.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in team leadership, including people management and development.
• Knowledge of mobile plant operations.
• Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments and Work Instructions.
• Work experience in a waste processing, manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Proficiency using PC and IT system

• Satisfactory completion of a Company medical which includes testing for drugs and alcohol. The Company operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding the taking or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol whilst on duty and carry out periodic random tests
