The Mobile Enablement team is Vanguard’s enterprise mobile team, supporting our app development teams in the US, UK, Germany and Australia and driving best practices in mobile around the globe. The team supports key strategic initiatives such as mobile CI/CD pipeline, adoption of CREDaaS for mobile, push notifications, and promoting reuse and collaboration across teams. PREFERRED SKILLS

React Native (TypeScript)
iOS development (Swift / Objective C)
Android development (Kotlin / Java)
CI/CD Pipeline (GitHub Actions / Fastlane)
Git (GitHub)
Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineer concepts.
Familiarity with Accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
Basic understanding of IaaS platforms, specifically AWS.
Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines.
Understanding unit tests and automation test frameworks.

• Evaluate and introduce new mobile technologies through research, proof of concepts.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders aligning platform requirements and architecture and provide feedback, improve ways of working
• External vendor coordination for integration, security reviews, platform validations and onboarding into vanguard ecosystem.
• Lead technical assessment for vendor solutions and manage integration into mobile platform.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying gaps in tooling, process and developer workflows and provide solutions for improvements.
• Document and educate teams on new tools, patterns and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with global teams to promote consistency and innovation across mobile platforms.
• Deliver intermediate-level mobile engineering services including evaluation, configuration, implementation, testing, and integration of new or existing technologies.

• Work effectively with a high degree of autonomy being part of a collaboratively minded team, and seeks assistance when needed.
