Mitie has a great opportunity to join our brilliant team as a Mobile Receptionist/Switchboard Operator on a client site in the Elephant & Castle area.

• To join a successful team in delivering exceptional customer service to our client across multiple areas.
• To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site requirements are carried out effectively.
• To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that the area of responsibility is always compliant with site rules, escalating issues or non-compliances accurately and in line with procedures.
• Employees will be expected to perform a range of reception and administrative duties across the site, with the opportunity to develop area specialisms or work across a range of general service areas.
• To provide support to other service lines where possible.
